Mountain Bike Tours

Galloping Goose Intro to Mountain Biking

Our most popular biking adventure! This ride is a fantastic progression into single track mountain biking. The tour starts atop Lizard Head Pass on the Galloping Goose railroad grade. It then follows a gentle downhill gradient progressing from a fire road into single track, while passing through aspen forests and wildflower meadows. There are numerous photo opportunities of majestic scenery and historical railroad artifacts. The ride culminates along the S. Fork of the San Miguel river in the Ilium Valley. This is the perfect ride for the novice to advanced level mountain biker. A minimum of 3 people required to book a trip.

Stand Up Paddle Board Tours

Stand Up Paddle Board Tours (SUP)

SUP’ing is a great way to get out on the water and offers a NEW way to enjoy the outdoors. The activity benefits as a great core workout and increases skills of balance and agility. SUP’ing allows a wide range of athletic types to get involved and offers a short learning curve amid the most spectacular views around Telluride. The focus for beginners is balance and proper paddling technique. Once the still water has been conquered, paddle boarders can move onto our local San Miguel River on the Valley Floor. Skills on the river include reading the current and getting the feel for eddy lines and smaller waves. An excellent adventure for individuals, families, or groups. If you can stand, you can SUP! Full Day includes a gourmet lunch from Cindy Bread
